Beetroot Dip

I hardy ever buy shop dips anymore. They are incredibly easy to make! This beetroot dip gets so many comments wherever I take it and I keep getting asked for the recipe, so for all those people who have asked – here it is! It’s so quick and easy! You will never buy generic, packed full of nasties beetroot dip again! Not to mention that it is SO much cheaper and you get twice as much for your money!

Ingredients:
1 can baby beetroot
100g chick peas – drained
1 garlic clove
1 tbs lemon juice
handful mint
salt and pepper
1 tbs Greek Yoghurt

Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Serve topped with extra mint and seeds.

That’s it!! Enjoy!

  1. Yum, amazing. I love beetroot dips. For some reason I’ve made most of mine with a yoghurt base rather than chickpeas though. Love this idea, I will definitely try it! x
