I can’t really tell you how happy these Bliss Balls make me. You will just need to make them yourself! Peanut Butter, Cacao, Coconut – anything with that combination of flavours is going to be a massive winner in my mind! Enjoy!!
Makes around 10 balls.
1/3 cup Quinoa Flakes (or Oats)
1 tbsp raw organic Honey
1 semi heaped tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp dessicated Coconut
1 tsp Mesquite Powder (optional)
1 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
1 tbsp Cacao Nibs (or to taste)
* You could also use 70-80% Dark Chocolate chopped up into little pieces instead of Cacao Nibs.
Combine all ingredients with the exception of the Cacao Nibs into a food processor. Wizz up until combined and then add the Cacao Nibs. Give it one final wizz around to combine.
Roll into smallish sized balls – somewhere between the size of a 10c and 20c coin. Use wet hands to stop the mixture from sticking.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating (if you can wait that long).
Don’t forget to lick the bowl, spoon, bench, etc. GUILT FREE!
