Harvest Espresso

Brunch this morning pretty much sums up why I work out.

This place is tiny! I wouldn’t recommend bringing a big group of friends here but for popping in on a Sunday for a cheap, delicious brekky with great coffee – perfect. Another one of these places that keep surprising me with their quaint and quirky interiors, funky choice of plates, cups and bowls and friendly staff. A relatively simple menu with the usual suspects and a few different things as well just to set them apart. Think poached eggs on vegetable tarts – they looked pretty amazing.

We finally decided on the bircher muesli, I was tempted by the omelette but the thought of suffering through bircher muesli food envy was too much! So glad I didn’t get the omelette… The bircher was SO GOOD. Big bowl of sloppy deliciousness with lots of soft, dried fruit mixed through and topped with julienned apple, desiccated coconut, nuts and rosemary honey. The honey was really different, the rosemary was quite strong but it gave such a nice contrast of flavour against the sweetness of everything else. I loved it!

Wonderful coffee, strong and robust.

Thrilled with my new find guys! Go and give it a try! Very reasonably priced as well – bonus!
